Ethan Jett

Born in Brighton, UK, Ethan Jett is an emerging indie folk singer/songwriter whose music balances introspection, melody, and emotional honesty. With a sound that recalls Ben Howard, and Paolo Nutini, Ethan’s songs weave heartfelt lyrics and intricate guitar work into something unmistakably his own — music that connects through vulnerability and authenticity.

Ethan’s journey began at the age of six when he started playing piano. By his teens, inspired by his father, he picked up the guitar and began writing songs that reflected the experiences and emotions shaping his life. That early passion for songwriting grew into a dedication that defines his artistry today.

In 2022, Ethan released his debut single Sorrow, a tender and reflective track inspired by the passing of a close friend, earned him a feature on BBC Introducing Sussex & Surrey. This recognition led to a collaboration with Grammy-winning producer Pete Smith(Sting, Del Amitri, Joe Cocker), marking an important step in his creative evolution.

Ethan has since built a growing reputation through captivating live performances at notable UK venues such as Komedia, The Green Door Store, and The Deaf Institute. 

With brand new releases planned for 2026, Ethan continues to evolve as one of the UK’s most promising young voices in indie alternative folk.
